Karl Kasenbacher works self-employed as industrial and organizational psychologist, group-dynamics-trainer, coaching expert and physiotherapist.

Karl is a mechanical engineer, he holds a MA in Psychology (University Vienna) and a PH.D. in Group Dynamics (University of Klagenfurt).

In Austria he is lecturer at the University of Graz, at the Vienna University of Technology and at the Hernstein Institut for Management and Leadership.

He is a Master Trainer for the OEGGO (Austrian Association for group dynamic & organisation consulting) and former member of EIT (European Institute for Transnational Studies in group and organizational Development).

He has attended continuing education in change management, group dynamics and the theory of social systems in Austria, Germany, India (ISABS, Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science) and the United States (NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science).

He describes his multidisciplinary approach in his book Gruppen und Systeme (2003).

2008 invited Guest at GSB Stanford University, CA / US.
2008 and 2010 invited Guest at the Center for Business and Management / Siberian State Railway Transport University / Novosibirsk / Russia.

He has worked on off-the-job trainings and consulting projects in Austria, Germany, England, India, United States, Russia and Denmark. His working languages are German and English.
